The International Seminar on Biodegradable polymers and Sustainable Composites is without question the event of greater international relevance organized by AIMPLAS Instituto Tecnológico del Plástico.

This Seminar with triennial regularity has its permanent venue in the city of Valencia (Spain).

As one of the key industry players, Biotec have again been asked to present at this conference and are delighted to have Johannes Mathar from Biotec close the seminar in the final presentation.

April 24-30, 2008 – Interpack 2008

Biotec will a have trade stand at this year’s high profile Interpack exhibition, showcasing the Biotec range of biodegradable polymers.

In 2005 approximately 10,000 visitors attended this exhibition so the group are hoping for good footfall on their stand this year. Biobased and biodegradable plastics play an important role in the development of more sustainable packaging solutions. The location of the stand in the group exhibition 'Bioplastics in Packaging' is the perfect stage to showcase the groups bioplastics business to representatives from the global packaging industry and media.

Some Stanelco personnel will also be at the exhibition and available for meetings with customers.
